Victory Vapors - Arlington I have been to this location several times to purchase the the buy one get one free all disposable Vapes when I arrived today to make my purchase the guy tells me the sale is no longer offered but the sign is still on the store I do have a picture also to show Guy told me it's only on the Delta 8vapes an would not honor the sign(false advertising) Click bate still hanging on building.. He told me that's what they told him the deal is now I am a 50yr old African American don't appreciate how I was treated today.. the only option he offered was Delta8👀

Whoever was working Friday Sept 8 2023 at 1pm had no business dealing with customers. . First vape store I’ve ever had an eye roll , exasperated laugh and a “yeah bro I don’t know what you need”. When I asked the difference between two products, his answer was “let me just give you this one”. Yeah.. plenty of stores around with decent service to deal with that. As a side note, everyone else at this store has been great. The guy working the counter today shouldn’t be customer facing.

I visit Southern Cloud for all my vape and CBD product purchases. All their staff members are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Ive always been greeted within seconds of walking in and offered assistance within a minute. Their pricing is also very reasonable. The shop always looks organized and well stocked.There are several competitor shops closer to my house but I will always drive an extra few minutes for guaranteed great customer service.

I think I wrote a review a while ago giving them 3 stars for a unique situation, but I want to up it to 5 now that I've done business with them a few times. They're pretty great and helpful. Best part is you can buy online and pick it up in store if you call, or if you find something you can call and have them hold onto it for you.
