Broke my Smok baby 80 went to replace it and was talking to one of the workers saying "I bought this one from you last week dropped it and it broke it but really liked it would like to get the same one." Bought my replacement walked to my truck realized this wasn't the one I wanted. Went back in and told him this wasn't the one I wanted and he tell me " Oh sorry man we don't do exchanges or returns but I can order you the right one and give you a 10% discount."
I was like "I seriously walked out the door 5 seconds ago"
Worker- "Sorry bro company policy"
Walked out and drove to Inhale on Buford Dr and bought the one I wanted
