Best customer service and friendly staff my go to shop they have it all

They are not opening on time. The time that they are supposed to open says 9am. And it is now almost 9:20am I have been to the store twice. This is my second time this morning and they are still not open This is not the first time this is occurred it has happened four times since i've started coming over to this vape shop

If I could give 0 stars I would 1. Employees are always rude and seem to not want to be there never welcoming and no help if I ask about something its a deep feeling that they are super annoyed that they are gonna make a sell and have to get up from doing whatever 2. I have been 3 times 2 of those times my elf bar has been defective.....that could be bad luck or they are selling bootleg cheap product...I don't know just think it's wierd I totally recommend not supporting this business
