My girlfriend and I went in there for vape juice, and both of us had forgotten our wallets. Dumb, I know, but the lady working there was nice enough to let us take the bottle we needed for free and it's pay her next time we come in. She was extremely nice and professional. Our only complaint is that she didn't have tap for us to pay. However, she more than made up for it by letting us take the bottle on credit.

Jerry, Joana and their shop baby Dom offer a warm welcoming atmosphere in a comfortable and peaceful, lounge-style vape shop. From the very first visit they have made me feel like I was part of their family, they are extremely kind and full of positivity and good vibes. They have amazing deals on their disposables, and Jerry is an expert about the products he carries: he always has solid recommendations based on what he and his wife are smoking, and usually seems to be able to answer all my questions. Honestly I have never been to another shop quite like Zen Vapors, it’s quickly become ‘my shop’. If you are in the area I highly recommend a visit when you’re looking for anything vape related.

Just moved to the area, and was looking for pods after trying several shops, I found this store. Great atmosphere, variety of products, and excellent customer service. This was the only store that offered to order what I needed! None of the others offered this service. Jerry went out of his way, and not only placed an order for me but kept me in the loop when it arrived. Both times that I have been to this store, I was greeted with a smile and knowledgeable staff. Love the store, music, and the vibe. No reason to go anywhere else, great location, is easy to find, has plenty of parking, and offers EXCELLENT customer service. I am a fan! Thank you for a great experience.
