Huge shout out to Jay at the front Desk. Man stocks while still checking IDs and always has an amazing attitude. Also he is there EVERY time I come in. He don't take days off or something.

The service was good, but unfortunately my product was open and missing a joint. Got a Gonja Goodies pre roll which was supposed to have 2 joints but only had one. My mom has lit it before she told me so I figured they wouldn’t let me exchange. Disappointing

This is my go to spot on my way home across the bridge and I hate writing this but there is a girl working here who has given me such an attitude the last couple times she’s helped me. Skinny w/ long brown hair and big lashes. I’m tired when I come in here because I get up at 530am and after a 10-12 hour shift my mind is already mush. Yeah I may take a little extra time to decide but that doesn’t mean she should have a pissed off look on her face and be short with me. Also just a “Yep” when I said have a good night? Extremely rude. I hope I never have to be helped by her again because everyone else is always really nice.

They say they’re medical but won’t recognize medical authorizations without also having a card, but they can’t help me get a card. Should not be advertising as medical, it’s really not. Staff was also incredibly rude about the matter and when I said I wasn’t going to buy anything and turned to leave I was told to “have the day I deserve”. I didn’t raise my voice at any point, just wanted to know why they wouldn’t recognize my medical documentation, asked for different documentation and then couldn’t help me get that documentation. Edit to add: I did reach out at the email provided in the response here. It’s been 6 days and I’ve yet to get a response to that email. Obviously customer service is not a strong suit of this company…

My husband and I have probably spent over 3/4 thousand dollars at this location. I live next to a dispensary and travel to this one because they people here are usually nice. I always get the micro bar but they it stopped working till it was done, someone suggested "marmas bar" I took the suggestion, but it was hard to hit, I brought it back in the women said if you have a problem with this one, "I'm working tomorrow and ill make sure you get something still annoying about it we can give u 50% off of something else or trade it in for something at the same price point" I had a problem came back in, a man *the manager" pulled me outside and forced me to hit the pen in the parking lot when I have to drive home! I could NOT believe it! Then the same woman that was kind to me the day before and said the pens was empty and was hostile, straight up. I was so insulted I didn't accept another pen on principle. I had to remain in the parking lot to leave! Shocked frankly, this was the pens that was "completely empty". Criminals don't loyally patron a dispensary and spend thousands and thousands of dollars, and when you bring up and issue with a product you get you name number taken down and literally taken outside.
