This has always been my go to place for vapes. Recently I've been getting damaged/defective ones and they were awesome to replace it once. My last purchase I got 2 YAYA supremes. BOTH came damaged, one had the E juice spilled all inside the pouch and could not use it(was completely dead/damaged). The second one was obviously used, the box was opened from the bottom and the vape pouch was opened. The vape didn't even have the silicone covers. I emailed them 3 times asking if I could get a replacement but they completely ignored me and never responded.
I'm truly disappointed and won't be returning back as a customer.

It’s a well stocked shop, wish they carried Lost Mary tho. Sales guy is kinda pushy. If I don’t ask for a recommendation maybe don’t give me one, thanks. Also don’t like spending $30 for vapes that should be more like $20. To sum it up: good selection, but you pay a premium.

Didn't give me a receipt. I called them the next morning and told them I wanted to return the item, but they'll have to find the transaction. I called later and they asked me to come in and we'll go from there. I showed up and they found the transaction, but then told me that they couldn't return the item. So, what am I to do.. but accept it and leave. And why tell me to come in just to tell me that they don't accept returns when you can just say it over the phone and save me my time and gas? So, I learned a day or two later that they have a 30 day return policy on their store website. So, I spoke with an employee and quickly assumed I was there that morning and that was false and tried to separate the website and the store itself as if one has nothing to do with the other. I finally asked if the store owner owns the website and the answer was yes. So, there was a connection, but I had to pull a tooth or two to get that simple info. I would've went to their website had I known that you can only make returns for the website's products, but not the store's products. I suggested that they let the customer know of this fact by placing a sign in their store. That's when the employee stated that they're hanging up and did so w/out hesitation. Treating customers in such a way says a lot about the lack of respect for proper customer service.

Not sure what’s been going on here but things have been wonky lately. Came in last night and told the guy I wanted iced apple watermelon juice , showed him a photo of it and got home only to realize it was not what I asked for. Was told by associate that there’s nothing they could do. I understand it’s my responsibility to look at it and be sure it’s correct but it’s also the associates job to get it right. Wasn’t even offered a discount for their mistake, now I’m out 22$ and a highly displeasing juice that is not easy to smoke.

Jacob was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about these products.
I came in as a first time vape buyer looking to wean off cigarettes, and wanted clean and regulated product for nicotine fix! He told me the pluses and minuses of various american made vapes, was energetic and enthusiastic, overall the best sales experience ive had in a long time. Satisfied customer here
