They are always very helpful, never rush you either.Very nice staff! Cant wait to see their new store! I can also tell you i bought a something there it was 59.99 and i had issues with it later and i didmt have any issue exchanging it for another one that wirked how i needed it to! They are great owners that will akways work with you as long as you arent actually rippin them off!! That guy was lying, i was there and the young girl ended up calling the owner and exchanged for another something there onceand it ended up bresking and they retur

Bruce is a great help every time I go in to buy a product, not only is he cordial and nice, but he's very knowledgeable about the inventory. Great place to find what you're looking for especially with Bruce at the counter.

I bought a vape from them it went black screen wouldn’t turn on so I went back up there the lady that works there said they don’t do exchanges so I had to spend almost 30 dollars for a new one now it won’t even turn on I’m so mad in I called back up to the store in the lady was being rude I just feel like their purposely selling broke vapes to make profit

The owner is dirty & unfair, & I don't like dirty business. They sell stuff that doesn't work properly & won't exchange anything. Just because you try something out there that doesn't mean it won't stop working soon . My $30 torch stopped working 4 days later & I only used it a few times. Never dropped or damaged it. $30 down the drain . I was told I can't exchange after 2 days. That's pure trash & dirty business
