I ordered this product 4 days ago. When it didn’t arrive yesterday I drove 25 min to the store. The person was rude. Today when it still did not arrive I requested a refund. She refused and said she didn’t know what to do.
PLEASE SHOP ELSEWHERE AND YOU WILL SAVE YOURSELF A LOT OF AGGRAVATION. ITS SATURDAY AND I HAVE NO PRODUCT AND NO REFUND. Buyer BEWARE.

Kathy was extremely knowledgeable and patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions. She made the experience a great one, and even gave me some samples to see what would work best. I could tell she truly cares about the customers, definitely will be back!

Great, effective products that are always fresh. Excellent customer service. I have purchased twice from this store so far and I live out of state so that speaks volumes of their service! I will continue to shop for more products here in the future!

I visited the San Jose store recently and was extremely pleased w the service. Erika, the manager did an excellent job. It started with a warm greet as I entered the store. I had a few questions and she answered them all as well as gave informed suggestions. She spoke highly of the store and the Sun Med products. She did a great job engaging and signed me up for in store rewards as well. Erika is a great manager and representative of your company. Great job all around Erika!!!
