This as most of the Trulieve stores is excellent. The products are exceptional. The prices are fantastic especially when they have their awesome sales. Every time I have gone to the store every single one of the staff has been particularly friendly and professional. It's a nice going to a store where they know their stuff. I have specific needs and they are knowledgeable enough to help me pick them. Making my quality of life much better. This is a truly One stop store they have everything that I particularly know of that is cannabis related. I have tried 90% of the products with never a complaint.

The last few times iv gone to this location iv been helped by the same person who constantly has a passive aggressive attitude. Genuinely makes me feel like a burden when im just trying to get my medicine.
This time when I asked him to check for one more product he looked annoyed and audibly went “Jesus” as he was walking away to check. I genuinely am starting to just not feel comfortable shopping at this location.

Atmosphere and customer service were great. But when I got home something told me to measure my purchase. I purchased 4 3.5 ground flower and every one of them were 3.1 and 3.0. All where short, I will not be shopping here again due to this mis-measurement.
