My husband always have a great experience here, and Kaitlyn truly makes the difference. She is incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to take the time to help. No matter how busy it is, she greets customers with a positive attitude and makes sure my husband feels comfortable and confident with his choices. Kaitlyn is knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cares about making the experience a good one every time we visit. I recently visited Fluent Dispensary (last week) and had an absolutely fantastic experience, largely thanks to Hana. From the moment I arrived, her warm and welcoming attitude made me feel right at home. What really stood out was how incredibly informative she was; she didn't just rush through the transaction but took the time to genuinely listen to what I was looking for. Her knowledge of the products was impressive, and she explained the different effects and strains in a way that was easy to understand without being overwhelming. She offered some tailored suggestions that ended up being spot-on for my needs, pointing me toward the Moods vapes I hadn't considered before but am now really enjoying. It’s rare to find that level of patience and expertise, and Hana’s dedication to ensuring I left with the right items made all the difference. I highly recommend asking for her if you stop by! I tried this dispensary for the first time today .. very disappointed the staff was not friendly at all the girl at the front had a horrible attitude . They gave me the wrong product and over charged me and then wouldn’t give me my money back said I would have a credit next time they also gave me the wrong information about a product I did purchase . I asked if the distille syringes . are twist dispense which I hate and I was told no they are the push ones lies . Never again. Don’t go here there are so many other dispensaries in Daytona where the staff is nice and they know the product and will answer questions .. this is by far the worst dispensary ever !!!!!

This dispensary is consistently excellent. The sales and prices are great. The products I've bought are superior. I'm always shopping sales and they constantly have them. The store staff at this particular store are always friendly and professional with everyone I've been waited on by. I personally have never had a long wait like other dispensaries I've been to who have a dozen chairs for the waiting. My online orders are always filled within minutes! This dispensary deserves a 5 Star rating and I'm stingy with My ratings. This location is easy to get in and out of off San Jose. Large safe parking lot also. Great dispensary. My last 3.5 of flower had been harvested and jarred a week before I got it. Wow, 😲

Awesome staff and there are specials running CONSTANTLY. I'm new to the dispensary game, but I keep coming back to Fluent because the quality of their products is so much better than other companies. That, on top of the great employees, is why I'll keep coming back. Great place :)
