I'm trying to understand why these smoke shops don't answer phones and don't open on their false advertised hours. They open 2 - 3+ hours later. SMDH aggravating

Never open up on the advertised time ! Says it opens at 9:00 AM and there is no one here this needs to change or atleast change your hours of operations
