Rude employee at the Jacksonville location providing 0 resolution. Ended up going to trulieve down the street. Do better.. I was in the top 7% of your spending in 2025 and am gold tier. This experience will make me never shop here again

Cool aesthectics. Nice staff. Chill vibe. HOPEFULLY they will start offering Red Velvet strain by Grandiflora soon, but they have really good flower regardless though.

Good products, decent prices - the 8 am delivery on a Saturday was less than desirable. I want my weekends to be sleeping in, etc. There is zero option to pick a time and no option to tip the driver. Definitely won’t do delivery again until there is a time option and ability to tip online.

Best place to purchase, I can say enough great things about this place. The quality is the best I have had and always gives the results I am looking for. Staff is the friendliest I have ever encountered and I drive past 15 stores to come here. The drive is over a hour and it is well worth the drive.
