Cool store, called to buy slapwoods and was told they were fresh and kept at the correct humidity just for me to open the package find extremely stale leafs, call to return them, get told to come back and get a new pack for sure! Then arrive and get told it’s illegal to give me another pack to replace the stale ones. Hilarious customer service I know me as one customer is not needed but replacing items you held to a certain standard and not wasting my time should be a normal practice! Also kept the original package without giving it back and left me with nothing lmao (won’t let me comment) Throwing the product at your employer is a crazy comment, genuinely, you have camera footage of me handing them as soon as I walked in and she moved from the front window. Then disclosed they wouldn’t be returned. I am on my way to discuss the issue thank you for inviting me!

Reasonably informed staff and kind & professional. Plus they have good deals and if you buy a hemp based thc disposable pen or cart, if you buy a second (not necessarily the same brand!) in the same transaction, the less expensive item will be 50% off! Might have to specifically ask, but they do it in the reg. Never declined me, so to me I think it's the best headshop in the extremely over saturated West Campus legal weed cohort. Surely not all can survive but I'd bet ggod money on Mr Smoke being one of the few that last; see my examples of their exemplar behavior.

This might be one of best smoke shop I’ve found in Austin so far! CRAZY deals on vapes and hemp products!! The staff is also super friendly and actually take time to talk to customers :)
