Today was my first time visiting Smoke & Vape DZ shop off of Golden triangle & Beach Street in Fort Worth. As most of you can see from all of my Google reviews at different smoke/vape stores my main reason is because recently my all-time favorite vape by pod-king elf-bar in “banana drop” Was discontinued. So I have been searching many different places for a very similar banana flavor and haven’t had luck…. UNTIL TODDDDAAAAYYYY! 🥰😭 Today was my last day of looking & then I’d give up looking. So, I saw a place I hadn’t tried yet, Smoke & Vape DZ. The facility is very clean, professional and fully stocked with a lot of different things! Not to mention ton both employees were so welcoming and knowledgeable I felt very welcome! The gentleman working there named Andrew was kind very patient with me & kindly checked a round. It was my lucky day, they had gotten in a new and upgraded. Brand of ‘Lost Mary’ flavor Banana Cake. And HALLELUJAH it was even better than my previous favorite vape!! I left and I was 150% happy with the recommendation. Andrew gave me. Honestly, I feel like I like the taste of this Way better than the previous flavor l loved. I definitely 150% will be returning to this shop to purchase my future vapes & recommending people I know to try it out. Last thing I would like to point out is that though the store wasn’t crammed packed(thank goodness) , there was a very steady flow of people coming in & out, which tells me that this shop has a lot of regular customers & anyone that would walk through that door no matter what the both employees were doing they would stop & greet everyone. I know I’m trembling and I try not to go into too much details when I leave my reviews, but when I go to places & I experience above & beyond customer service…. Well and the fact that Andrew help solve my vape flavor crisis 😂 If you live in the area I highly recommend dropping by & checking their shop out!
