I came in to see the owner, Rick today. I told him how I have been feeling lately and he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He had all the products I have been searching for and answered every question and concern I had. He has given me hope and I feel like I FINALLY have some answers as to why I’m feeling the way at I am. I will definitely be coming back in and I highly suggest anyone with health or nutrition concerns to come in and speak with Rick. You will not be disappointed. He is an extreme help and worth every penny. Thank you so much Rick!!

I came at 4:48 on a Wednesday. They were supposed to be open until 5 according to their sign and online info. I get if something came up, but at least put up a sign saying so.

Went there today looking for a specific brand of supplement that is difficult to find in stores. He had it in stock. The gentleman was very kind, and he has a huge selection. I will be going back.

The owner is always cheerful and greets everyone that comes in. He is very knowledgeable about all of the products he sells. He also has a wide variety of different things, it's hard to go in without coming out with something. You will be paying a little more for some items than you would at a chain store, but you are buying a better product and supporting small business. Check out Health in Hand next time your in the area.
