My favorite dispensary by far. Always have the product I need in stock. Their business hours are perfect for people whom work after 5. And hands down to the best employees ever, always so kind and helpful/knowledgable with all the products available.

Absolutely love this dispensary above all the ones I have been to. All of the staff is very friendly, compassionate, and knowledgeable. They have the best prices in the Parkersburg area by far!!! And the discounts and member appreciation promos are amazing. And they have even done events to raise items for the local animal shelter. 100% recommend!

I’m a new patient and have made two trips to The Landing in Parkersburg since I received my card. I have been blown away by house nice and knowledgeable the staff are. I’ve never felt so well taken care of by a business like I have by the staff at The Landing. I cannot recommend them enough!

This is my favorite dispensary in town. The people here are seriously so pleasant to deal with and they are so eager to help. It’s refreshing to go into an establishment and not have the employees treat you like crap because they hate their job.

The staff is educated in the science of cannibis. They are truly a help with a medical environment in finding the right strain for you and your problem. One of the best in the area. The staff is so kind- really makes you feel at home. I like the vibe here better than Trulieve. Plus they have a DRIVE THRU!!!! It doesn’t get better than that.

7g advertised for $35. 35% OFF with SNAP Instead of giving me the advertised deal, I was charged an additional $10. When I called back, I was told to bring my receipt back on my next visit because I paid cash??? I immediately contacted the Charleston location and was given the credit and an apology. This was the 2nd time I was overcharged at this location. The 1st time, percentages weren't given as advertised. A business should honor what's advertised even if it's THEIR ERROR. Medical is expensive as it is and to cheat the ones already struggling is not good business.

The absolute best dispensary in Huntington, hands down. Great selection, great specials, and most importantly outstanding folks to do business with. It’s a very welcoming, relaxed environment. Even the security staff are friendly! I’ve never had a less-than-perfect experience here and it’s very rare I go anywhere else, which I basically only do if I have a need while they’re closed. Do yourself a favor and check it out!

My first visit there was yesterday and I have to say they really tend to your needs and help diagnose what you might want and need. They introduced me to Brandon and he really took care of me and everything he suggested was on point, I really appreciate the courtesy and the friendly vibes. I've found my new place to get all the quality flower, vapes, and ground flower. Go check them out best prices and discounts ever. Thanks for the experience in shopping with you guys at the landing dispensary in Bridgeport WV. And I would like to thank Nichole who helped me with my order and gave me some of the best options in the flower selection as well as the vaporizers. This is a great establishment. I usually love the landing and I never have any issues. It’s rare that I have an issue with them, but I bought one of their hier vape carts And I had about a quarter left of my vape card when for some reason it would not hit And when it did hit a bunch of the oil came up out of the mouthpiece, shot all in my mouth all over my teeth, and this is what I scraped out the mouthpiece pictures are below these things aren’t cheap and I didn’t want it to go to waste so I scraped it all out of the mouthpiece. Has anyone else had this issue? What am I supposed to do when this happens? I don’t understand how it even happened.
Edit: I forgot To come back to this review and add the picture from when I took the cart out what it looked like look at all the oil that was all around it. These vape carts are not cheap and it’s just so wasteful all the oil that got wasted here.
Edit: Well, I got on here to do another review because of that I have another issue but I guess I’ll let you do one with review anyways I’ll add the new picture of my hellfire cart. The same issue the oil always comes up out of it. The white tip cart is for this little edit

I was very pleased with Sarah’s knowledge and way of understanding of the products, she answered all my questions without hesitation or judgement. She listened closely to my needs and help me understand how the products work and a rough idea of what to expect and went through every single one making sure she answered all doubts or questions.
This is the second time I had saw her and she had the same outstanding customer service and care I received the first time. EVERYONE the front desk and all staff were friendly, knowledgeable and you can see how well they worked together. It’s definitely a pleasant atmosphere.

Used to be my favorite dispensary and then they stopped carrying the best and I had to take my business elsewhere. Strane and Alt Sol are the preferred brands. I double checked before posting this review and there was one option for Alt Sol and that wasn’t a sought after strain. Most of the people are good at their job and no complaints there.

Ok I won’t be using any other dispensary. After checking in for an online order, Courtney (sorry if I’m misspelling) told me they were running a promotion where you get 99% of your money spent on your license renewal in store credit if you show them the receipt from it. I literally got $199 in store credit. Not only are the prices great but that did it for me. On top of that the people that work there are great. Haley helped me pick some stuff out and was super quick getting it together. She also has a killer customer service personality. Just go and get your stuff here. I’ll be there every time I need something

I’m fairly new to the area and it didn’t take me long to find my go-to spot for my medicine. Every time I have been here everybody was incredibly helpful and super nice. The discounts and sales are really good, and I’m pretty happy with the product as well. Definitely a happy customer! See you guys soon! :)

Not good at all. High prices and snotty budtenders but I will say from opening the prepack it appears that the 2.83g of Mountain Top Mint was a good choice of herbal relief. Shopping from a different state I'm accustomed to way better service as well as pricing. There are no displays for the bag appeal of any flower what-so-ever but the kiosk is easy to use and the packaging pretty fast.

Customer service is always top notch! I don’t know the lady’s name but she is a colored lady whom is 50ish. She’s is the best customer service person I’ve had there! She’s turned me on to the Concord grape cart/vape, best decision I’ve ever made. I love her and this store! Many, Thanks to The Landing for being my #1 dispensary. 🫶🏼🫶🏼

They misrepresent the prices. They will have sale online but not honor it in store. They also have a loyalty program but refuse to stock product to uphold their end. All loyalty rewards they voided at the new year and management told me that “corporate didn’t want to pay out all the rewards because it would cost too much”. Save your money and go to the spot on ridge rd.

I had a personal experience with a manager named Sky where I was ridiculed, demeaned, and treated as a lesser person. Sky created an awful and unwelcoming environment. I hope the management team isn’t a reflection of her bad attitude and unhelpful nature. She was more occupied with the talking down about her fellow staff members while going through a transaction. I have seen them on multiple visits treating their team in a way I wouldn’t want anyone to deal with. The rest of the staff is helpful but Sky is bringing down this company.

Casey made my first visit absolutely amazing. Very nice staff (front desk girl (cant remember name im so sorry) is very quick and knows the sales) and very clean, open environment without feeling too doctors office-y. Will definitely be back and recommend to everyone.
Visited again, as always everyone was nice. Tia and Dean helped me out and was amazing.
Stopped in today and spoke with Zach, he is a beautiful soul and super knowledgable, got me super set up and as always very happy with my visit. Always a good day when I get to stop in but today Zach made it very special.

I had a great experience at Monroe – The Landing Dispensary! My budtender, John, was incredibly patient and answered all of my questions — and I had a lot. He took the time to explain everything in a way I truly understood without ever making me feel rushed, which I really appreciated. It was my first time visiting The Landing, and I immediately felt welcomed. The dispensary was very clean and inviting. John also showed me how to order online for pickup, which made the whole experience even easier. The products I purchased were high quality — I’ve enjoyed both the Sativa flower and the Hybrid/leaning-Indica vape so far. I will definitely be a returning client. Thank you, John! 🙌

Ripping off Customers... They offer a Rewards Program but after thousands of points, nothing to use points on. CEO doesn't care about the Team and certainly doesn't care about Customers. Same sentiment goes into their products. Buyer Beware. Go to Ethos (better prices, selection and a real rewards program) or ShangriLa (great Customer care).

The staff is super helpful and friendly. Came in after work and didn't feel rushed or anything like that at all. Had a wonderful first time experience and Jennifer was so sweet and helpful. She was quite knowledgeable with the product there. The only thing I regret about it is after looking back on the whole experience, I realized seeing the tip jar before you go to the ATM. That mistake won't happen again.
I would 100% recommend this store to first time and experienced smokers.
Hopefully you're lucky to get Jennifer she's a real treasure ☺️
Oh and you can also earn loyalty rewards on your very first purchase! Sign up was a breeze since they ask for your information before purchasing.

Between my own purchases and my husband’s, our household spent approximately $1,300 at this dispensary over the past year. My individual spend alone was about $6,700 across 46 transactions, which makes how this was handled especially disappointing. As my rewards approached expiration, I contacted the store multiple times starting in October to ask about redemption options. I was told inventory was limited and would not be replenished before the points expired. By the final months, the only items available were low-value merchandise such as T-shirts, hats, or paraphernalia. These did not meaningfully compare to rewards that had previously been offered, including prepaid gas cards and higher-value clothing. Because redemption options were effectively unavailable during the final months, my accumulated rewards expired without a realistic opportunity to use them. When I later reached out to management to ask whether there was any good-faith or community-oriented way to address the forfeited rewards, the answer was no. Their proposed solution was $100 of rewards returned to us.. we asked for $1,000 even to be donated to a local charity or for cold weather clothing when it’s back in stock to donate and they said no. Point expiration may be policy, but allowing points to expire while offering no comparable redemption options undermines the purpose of a loyalty program. We chose to spend our money here intentionally, and that trust was not respected. Based on this experience, our household will be taking our business elsewhere.

I went in to exchange a faulty vape, Matt was quick to fix the issue and personalized the experience; Thomas was also extremely helpful, made sure the other vapes I had bought worked okay, made sure I was getting reward points and even tossed in a free promo battery from Woodward 10/10 best place to go to. They have a drive thru and staff is always so nice such a calm experience overall

I’m terrible with names but the gentleman who checked me out for my hillfire disposables, was great! Very informative and just the right amount of small talk. This place has definitely become my new go to. They definitely look out for medical patients, whether it be through the fact that their drive-through is now available only for medical or the fact that they have seats in both the waiting area and the inside section to grab product. These people are extremely nice and conscientious. It’s also one of the fastest places I’ve ever been able to get in and out whether I go inside or drive-through! On top of having medical patients 15% off every day for online orders is helping me save at least $20 per run just from avoiding high gas going somewhere else. I know that not everyone right now is a medical patient that sales tax for But I honestly think whether your medical or you should give this place a chance. For me not having a caregiver and struggling to stand because of physical pain it’s really great to have a drive-through option but it’s also great to know that if I can’t use my card I’m still feeling like I’d be able to go inside of this place. I have no fear of fainting because there’s seats available. Plus, I think these people are very friendly. I’m not per se, saying other dispenser or lesser because of not having a drive-through, but for someone with disintegrating in their back it’s very hard to stand for amount of time and when I feel cared for and looked out for, It makes me want to come back!

After using the online payment option, I was in and out in less than 10 minutes my first time purchasing. The building is lovely and the staff was very kind. Tyler verified my items at the register and confirmed I had the correct battery for the pod I purchased.
