The staff were extremely rude and it seemed like they were trying to pick fights with certain customers. Everyone I was in line with did NOT have an online order despite being sat in the online order line but when I was next, I got told off by one of the workers there. Next when I was trying to order the pre-rolls I wanted, I couldn't hear the dude because he kept mumbling under his breath - when I FINALLY got him to repeat himself, he sighed extremely loudly and aggressively picked a random pack off the shelf. Honestly this was a terrible experience overall and will probably never go back. Places like this is what gives our community such a bad rap

Angel is very passionate about her job and offers the most when it comes to customer service. I always look forward to having her help me out whenever I come in.

This place is my go to pot shop. Friendly staff, good deals, open 7 days a week until nearly midnight... basically it's everything I look for in such an establishment. And the staff aren't just friendly, they are also highly knowledgeable and I know I can trust their judgment.

Guys in there were lame and really need to do something else. I mean, why show up to something you obviously just hate. Not helpful and I was just treated with disdain. Hey guys, I’m so sorry I had to be the only one in there and bother you to barely lift a finger. Lazy.

As a dabber from out of state, this was the best dispensary experience got on my trip out here! Budtender was wonderful and yummy selection and layout was easy to see and accessible. Pricing laid out clear and qualities honestly explained (unlike some dispensaries near y’all). HIGHly recommend visiting this shop on your trip out to this area!

First time at this location. My husband and I found some new edibles to try that were recommended. They are amazing and the staff was helpful and very knowledgeable as well as very customer oriented. Thanks Have a Heart! We will be back!!

Went to have a heart and they closed before 11:45 ? But have the hours posted I find this very inconvenient when I walked over after work trying to get there and made it 5 min before closing

Never had a problem here even EXCEPT one of the last times I went I’m never going back tho. This bigger Samoan dude let this woman cut in-front of me even tho I was in line 1st. Walked out and never going back. Honestly the selection of bud is kinda mid :/ not sorry
