Friendly staff and great selection. We always bring pups here and they are so excited to pick out some treats and toys. Their treat prices are unbeatable and the staff have always been so kind and friendly to us and our pups.

Big selection of Toys, Treats, Clothing for your pets. Different variety of animal treats and food. I personally have a chicken and 2 dogs and did leave with multiple things for them. The pricing to portion ration on food and treats is good. There is a good selection of cheap interesting treats for your dogs to expensive very unique treats. The employees were very nice and helpful, I never felt rushed or judged. Very clean and up kept on the inside. I do recommend coming here if you are in the area, me and my wife stopped by and left satisfied with what we got for our animals.

I want to give a shout out to the Muddies in Issaquah!! This was my second time I’ve been in a Mud Bay location and my husbands first, and what an impression this team made! We live in Spokane (and wish we had a location closer to us). Each colleague we came in contact with was knowledgeable, friendly, and asked great questions to learn about our fur babes. They even offered samples of treats and a particular product I was on the fence about. HIGHLY recommended!! Thank you for the positive experiences!!! You can see the pups boys are happy as well!!

Not only was the customer service wonderful, the gift bag I received for being a first time customer was a nice touch. It was a fun time poking around all the options, and all of my questions were answered. Love this place, and so does my new puppy Chester.

Without any questions asked or even acknowledged, the best pet store my wife and I have walked into. Super wide and varied options of toys, foods, toys and treats, this wonderfully built and ran store has all the things your pet could possibly need. Clean, good smelling, and fashionable, we originally walked in to find a new food. The employee there was very knowledgeable and friendly and polite. She even gave us samples to see how our dog would react to them before making a purchase! We just moved in to the area and are looking for our central pet HUB to get all of his supplies at. Rest assured, we have found it!
