Bethany knows everything about everything. If you need help understanding your body and treating issues systematically, she’s who you want on your team. She listens, encourages and helps make a plan. I’ve had my kids and myself muscle tested by her. Sometimes the results are surprising and sometimes they are as expected. She sets us up with the tools we need to help our bodies and we leave feeling hopeful. We also love all the local goodies she has in stock and the fun gift boxes she creates. She’s a gem and her shop is a must visit!

Carnation and the surrounding areas have an amazing resource of holistic approaches to health at Heart + Sol Wellness. Bethany is a fount of knowledge and wisdom. My sister in law booked the ladies in the family an afternoon of detox foot bathes. I am from out of state and normally pay twice the amount for the amazing benefits of a foot bath. If you've never had one done, don't wait! Additionally, I ended up getting a muscle session done and firmly believe I'm making healthy choices to start my 2024 year off strong based on her recommendations. Everyone local should be walking through her doors and you best believe when I fly back up, I'll be walking through her doors again too. While I didn't partake in the sauna experience, I highly recommend using it as an additional support to health. She also has a vast amount of "not easily" found skincare, supplements, etc.
