Zakks smoke and beverages | 7424 Evergreen Way, Everett, Washington | Cannabis Shop

I like the place very good business . I like most of the employees here only have a couple complaints one about an employee here and that is the cashier from last night (8/14/18) and he charged me for a beverage I didn't buy . I only bought one beverage during this visit witch was a calyso and I got charged for the calyso I bought and also got charged for a stacks 24 oz can and I didn't buy the stacks can't buy the stacks since I am not 21 . Still like the store just not the cashier from last night 8/14/18 , and my other complaint is about the business owner fails to see that a mistake was made and I was in the wrong for addressing the issue that I had and actually tried to make me feel bad for doing what I was tought to do when I had an issue with business like I am not happy with how I was treated as the customer by the owner of the store on my visit on 8/21/18 I have had no prior experience like this at this store these two dates but I hope I don't have a itn experience like this at this store in the future because I really like this store and would like to return but just hope I have a good experience the next time I come , I really felt that me and the owner weren't on the same page when it came to settling the issue and that was really irritating to me and hopefully improvements are made in the future sorry that I couldn't address an issue I had without being talked to like I did something wrong . and he kept on trying to talk over me and I felt that the owner was rude and disrespectful during this experience .
