I have been going to Horizon since they opened, I would recommend them. Not no more, the last several times I have gone in there, they are very rude, they act like they don’t want to help you. Their business has slowed down a lot. Their prices are increasing to the point that’s it’s not worth it. The only employee that is happy and nice is the young guy with dreads. I had to walk out the other day, I have been going to a different dispensary due to this issue. But I said I’ll try them one more time, cause it is more convenient for me. The lady that helped me on Tuesday 9/2/25 around 5:00, never smiled, was just plain rude.

Horrible horrible place to shop at my son went in there and the lady started slamming containers and throwing stuff around this was around October so my son went outside and did not say anything but when I went over there that lady started treating me very bad also my son has been shopping there before it was even horizon the only reason my son left a bad review is because the employee was mad and treated him like crap would you let someone talk stuff to you and not say anything ummm no and then the guy in the wheel chair seen everything happen and he sides with them they banned my son for them being mean to him we will be getting a lawyer I have never been disrespected so bad now I know my son wasn't lying when he came back and told me the employee was very angry for nothing don't shop here go to fired horrible manager just as bad as the last one and he was horrible it's racism and discrimination against my son and we will take care of it with a lawyer expect a summons I will be telling everyone I know not to go there anymore either

Wow. I told a friend to go here. Last time I went I got pretty decent weed. Friend bought an Oz. 2nd tear. Was so disappointed. My friend bought it. I had to apologize. Smells pretty good. Looks OK. Tastes terrible!!!!!! What weird chemicals are you using. It was absolutely disgusting. I will never visit this dispensary again.

I love this dispensary and the staff however I recently bought a 5 for $30 joints set and they were packed so tight I pretty much wasted 3 joints trying to get a good hit… I already feel like I wasted so much weed, i tried crushing it, tried unpacking as much as i could and no luck… whoever rolls the joints, plzzz stop tightening the joints so much.

Ryan H was one of the best bud tenders I have ever interacted with. He was very knowledgeable and honest. Fire stuff strongly recommend
