This shop has the most genuine employees! I’ve been here several times, and each visit has been a great experience. Recently, I had an issue with some vape pens that stopped working after a week.
I called the store and spoke with the woman on site, explaining my situation. Instead of giving me the usual runaround, she listened and said, “I understand. Let me talk to my manager, and I’ll call you back.” Honestly, most businesses say they’ll call you back but never do, leaving you to take the loss. But she actually followed through.
They went above and beyond to help me, even though they didn’t have to. They were extremely kind and helpful throughout the entire process. If you’re looking for a new vape shop, I highly recommend this one!
