This location is usually a good and trustworthy one but not so much anymore. I placed an online order like I normally do since I've been ordering here the past several years. I bought a cartridge which obviously stated it was on sale for 8.25 (9.89 after tax). Once I get to the location to pick up my purchase the total has now changed! I was told by budtenders and the manager that this item was not on sale. Well that just doesn't sit right with me, and if an item is advertised for a price it should be honored at that price. It's not the consumers problem if there's some kind of online or system difficulties. This place may sell marijuana products but last I checked it's still a retail business and that's not how you treat your customers. An attempt was made post-purchase to correct the issue but by that time some rude and careless budtender who had not previously helped me escalated the situation. Trying to talk down to a customer when he obviously has proof is quite the move.
