I’ve shopped here many times, but Britney truly made a huge difference. She took the time to explain the products, answered all of my questions patiently, and never rushed me. Her energy is bright, positive, and genuinely welcoming. While some employees seem rushed, Britney made me feel comfortable asking questions and actually cared about helping. She is a standout employee and absolutely deserves a promotion or leadership role. This store would benefit so much from having more people like her. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

brittani and angela were so helpful and friendly. they had some great deals on the prerolls and even recommended some food for us to try since we were visiting. 10/10 (bonus points bc it also smelled really good in there??? like essential oils and love)

This dispensary is hands down the best one in the game and in Colorado IMO. Been coming to this location as a medical patient for 10 years. The customer service, prices and product quality and variety are outstanding. James at KL was my bud tender this evening and did not disappoint. He was informative, had deals to offer, and quality product to educate me on. I’ll be back again and again as long as they are open!

Angela and Britani were awesome! This is the best vibe I’ve came across since visiting from out of town. Very friendly, personable, and had great deals on the pre rolls

Andy is an awesome manager he fixed an issue that happened with one of my purchases and made me feel at home like always. They have the best cartridges and great flower and concentrates. I love kind love and will continue to shop here been coming here for 15 years now since I was 18 years old.

Amazing customer service during my first trip hereand a delectable variety of medicinal herbs which made my cheeks rise and my eyes drop unfortunately, when I returned on 6/17 @ 8pm. I dealt with a bystander by the name of Mia, young lady wearing a black tee shirt with cartoon print on it. She was not as enthusiastic as the first bud tender that I saw on my first trip( which I wish I had) and she was huffing and puffing. She tried over charging me when the price was right on the clipboard, then she couldn’t override and began huffing and puffing again while grunting when Amanda, whomever she is was on her lunch. I understand everyone has a day that they aren’t feeling it but when you are in customer service it’s something that you should always strive for! I am not happy about that trip @ all!

This place is one of the most structured, safe, happy, chill setups I've ever seen in this industry. You just scan your id on a scanner to gain entry upstairs, and once up, the atmosphere is great! James was calm, knowledgeable, and personable.

First time shopping at kind love and it was definitely a great experience! Mia and Angela helped me with such compassion and understanding. It’s hard to think some people having a bad experience , but I felt completely comfortable with what I left with ! I hope to be returning soon with my new dispensary friends

I visited today hoping to check out any Mother’s Day specials, as many other dispensaries were advertising holiday deals. When I approached the female budtender (unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name) to inquire about promotions, I was immediately met with a rude and dismissive tone. Her attitude made me feel uncomfortable right from the start, to the point where I had to ask, “Why the attitude?” Rather than showing any professionalism or courtesy, she responded with, “I’m not having an attitude, and if you think I am, that’s not a me problem, it’s a you problem.” I was honestly shocked by the lack of accountability and basic customer service—this felt more like a confrontation on the street than a professional interaction. As I decided to leave and said I’d take my business elsewhere, I heard her and the manager laughing as I walked out. That level of disrespect sealed the deal for me. I won’t be returning, and I’ll be sharing my experience so others can find a kinder place to shop than so called “kind love”

The African American girl upfront is not a good representation of your business. Her demeanor with first time guest is off putting and I was looking to purchase an entire ounce. I normally go to life flower down the road and after today will continue to do so. These reviews aren’t lying. I read them, still gave yall a shot, and she behaved exactly as they said she would. Disappointing.
