I've been a customer here for 10 years for several years I have used the .3 PNP voopoo coils. I went in to get some as I have for years and the guy behind the counter acted as though they did not exist he tried to sell me .4 coils he then proceeded to tell me.3 coils either did not exist or that they never sold them in the past which is absurd because as I said I've been shopping here for a decade I've tried 2 and 4 coils and I hate them both I only want the 3 coils it would have been fine if you told me they were out of stock but he insinuated that they never sold them when I have bought them there multiple times I said I must have got them from the other location and he said no he orders for both locations and that certainly was not the case well the next day I went to the other location and got a box of .3 coils so clearly they do exist and you do sell them you just didn't have them in stock that day and clearly even though you order for the company either somebody else orders or this was your error please don't try passing off .4 coils as .3 coils, and it was really off-putting to be told that the product I had been using for years either didn't exist or was never carried by you guys when I've always purchased it from you guys as my purchase receipt from the other location proves

Always good service! Who ever is behind the counter always does a great job. Friendly, informative, relaxed environment. Although the one guy just lays on the floor and expects you to come pet him. I thought he was the official greater of people. The dog is super chill and very friendly. I only have one wish. I wish they'd carry the Custard Monster Butterscotch. Keep up the great work.

BOOOOOO!! I live in the neighborhood and always try to show my support for local neighborhood spots. Much like I have to this basic vape/ headshot. Basic as it may be. I liked the owners ; brother, sister, the brothers got a sweet golden retriever who always greets customers and the sister is kind and hard-working. Who seems to be the backbone both make a good team. Who doesn't make a good team? Is the unfunny bearded version of Chris Farley that works tonight? Who refused my business because I only had the my Colorado app ID he said he doesn't accept that. I am a 44-year-old man and in my opinion I look every day of it. I'd say 98% of the time, I don't get ID'd for any tobacco products that aside, I understand it's protocol to ID customers forgetting the fact that I consider myself a regular customer. Also forgetting the fact that I spend $20 to $75 every time I come in. Also, forgetting the fact that the my Colorado app is legally approved as a form of ID. This establishment also sells refreshments, snacks etc. Which you do not have to be 18....21... whatever the age is to purchase.... If the owners do not see this review I will be showing it to them tomorrow when I go in there. I don't blame them for others mistakes as I realize this job is difficult and takes a high level of skill to maintain your sanity in such a fast paced high pressure profession, they should make a movie about it like the one with Charlie Sheen... could call it riskier business than before... I mean thinking back on it. What kind of person needs to wield such limited unimportant power on regular customers Just trying to buy A bong or a lighter or an energy drink. I hope they offer full medical there cuz this dude needs therapy.

It says they close at midnight but they close when they want…. the guy who was working this shift here at this exact time shrugged his shoulder at me after I drove 5 miles here. What a great service. Huge inconvenience. I wrote this before midnight too.
