This place sucks, their weed maps are out of date, making all the excuses to not show me what I was trying to tell them about the product I found online. Very rude!! Lost good customers never going there again! No wonder why y'all are the last building of that place y'all suck! They changed the price after I told them to fix their stuff on the weedmaps. Everyone go to callis they got really good bud and prices are great better than this place! 59 bucks for better weed

one star for service. my bud tender was good. the product was the worst I've ever had from any dispo ever. EVER. I literally gave away infused prerolls to a homeless guy cuz they were so perfumed I couldn't choke them down.

DON'T go if your MEDICAL it is the absolute worse. They won't have anything then stick you back in the waiting room to try to get rec and take others before you and put a sticker on your id and not remove the massive amount of sticker paper and adhesive left on it. Which i feel is tampering. Now Im in Denver drove here instead of somewhere else and left with nothing cause im in a rush should have looked before I came here. What makes me mad is they have know there's an issue with "suppliers" or just keeping stuff in stock for a long time according to the reviews but yet here we are the owners or management DO NOT CARE ABOUT THIER MEDICAL CLIENTS. STOP PUTTING STICKERS ON IDS PLEASE.

You can find some truly exceptional and excellent deals when you visit this establishment. I would definitely recommend checking them out regularly, especially on Mondays for the best selections.

Super stoked about all the leaves in my 1/8th. Can't tell if this is deliberate or what? I guess I'll have to watch Samuel get my nugs next time, rather than assume he has my satisfaction at intention. Great store, great prices,... but I guess you get the whole plant rather than just the good stuff.

DON’T LET THIER MOM & POP VIBE FOOL YOU! I was offered a deal as a medical membership and it sounded great. Apparently they would be expanding there medical side. They were nice at the time and I was excited! They seemed to almost want MY opinion on what they should get (ruse). SO… I went 4 times within two months after being told they were expanding their medical side and I gave them my plant yield in exchange for a medical membership deal (I never got). All they had were these nasty vapes that were WAY over expired. They kept saying they’d be getting more stuff and just didn’t! I don’t see how they were even legal to sell (gonna look into that). Regardless, I found a place that will give me WAY better deals! I told the manager that offered me the deal I was upset and that they shouldn’t lie to their customers - it WAS a lie. He told me one thing would happen… it didn’t. He tried to pass responsibility onto suppliers, but it’s the managers job to know this stuff. It was a broken promise- 100%. We had a deal. All he would have had to say was “yeah, I’m sorry about that”. (It’s called proper customer service) So… shopping in recreational I showed this Jordan guy the Weedmaps coupon and he denied me. So they’re ALSO making Weedmaps look bad to by violating policies. Would Weedmaps be okay with them falsely advertising under the Weedmaps name?Somebody needs to stay up to date and not get disrespectful towards customers who enjoy seeking legal council ad WILL! I contacted Weedmaps already to let them know they denied me a deal they were advertising. I can prove this 100%. Anyway… let that go and the man helping me named Jordan obviously has no training in customer service. He lectured me for my expression of dissatisfaction towards his boss. He told me I shouldn’t have talked to him that way. OKAY…. I was calm… assertive… stating a fact. I was not belligerent - just expressed dissatisfaction and ended saying “you shouldn’t lie to customers” (which denies, but he did to me - offered me something, didn’t follow through. So, then Jordan continued to be very rude in every way possible. It was none of his business in the first place. He was just “looking out for his boy” I suppose. Not a good customer service tactic… especially because his manager and I had nothing more than an exchange of words (that didn’t involve Jordan at all). Unacceptable behavior towards a customer who is a somewhat regular. Jordan had to throw in his two cents although he wasn’t involved. Probably would have given him two bucks to shut the hell up though! It’s obvious, they screwed up and are too proud to admit it - trying to pass the blame to distributors… WELL DONT MAKE PROMISES IF YOU HAVE UNRELIABLE DIDTRIBUTORS. (I’ll find who they are too - see if they in fact dropped the ball, or if it was GCCC). FOR another employee to lecture me…ugh! OMG!!! I am contemplating contacting the better business bureau because I was lied to and then treated as if I DID something wrong… insecurity, esteem issues perhaps…? I don’t know. I WAS treated terrible for THEIR error. If they’d manned up to the mistake (just said “we’re so sorry about that”) I wouldn’t be writing this or going to the BBB. I know people too. Take that into account perhaps - you may be talking to someone who “holds weight” with a number of folks. I know a lot of industry ppl. Green Cross of Cherry Creek really, honestly would just apologize if they knew what’s best. Praying they make that choice. It’s not my fault… and if it’s not theirs they should apologize on behalf of whoever’s fault it is and I should get COMPENSATION! But an apology would be enough.
