I ended up spending $70 to try some gummies for sleep. I’ve bought other gummies before so I thought this was pretty expensive but also considered they might be better quality.
When I opened it up at home it was all liquid inside. I’ve never had gummies melt before and the label does not say anything about storage so I thought it may have been a manufacturing defect. I brought them back and was asked if I left them in my car and I told them I had for a little less than a an hour but there was nothing on the label saying they had to be stored in a cool dry place. Considering this I thought it would be a pretty easy exchange.
They said they wouldn’t refund or exchange them but they would give me 50% off a future purchase. As a first-time customer who just lost out on $70 without ever even trying the product, why would I ever buy from here again? Not a great business practice for a small company in such a highly competitive industry. I told them not to bother because I wouldn’t ever be coming back.

Edit: the owner responded that this didn’t prevent me from coming back. It most certainly did and the fact their response to this review was to just lie about it should tell you everything you need to know about their integrity

After grabbing lunch at Local Taco, I decided to check out the new CBD store in Brentwood and I’m so glad I stopped in! Austin, the manager, was wonderful as she explained the different uses of CBD and talked with me to find the best option. She also helped me find some solutions for my mother’s rheumatoid arthritis. The shop is super clean and very welcoming, and I’ll certainly be back!
