I walked into this shop, a stranger from another land where marijuana is illegal but none the less a full time hobby of mine. Here in America, you can smoke where you like and the staff at Velvet’s Dispensary told me the rules and made me feel welcome. I couldn’t be more grateful for the information and help and now, I’m a very happy man who is emboldened by knowing what it’s like to smoke weed without fear. Thank you!

Velvet always takes care of me. I work really late and they are always the only ones open. The guys are very friendly and have a very wide variety of different products. If you are in DC check em out.

Ok products, the owner is a very strong salesman and it’s the complete opposite of what I’ve ever experienced from a dispensary/“smoke shop”. I wasn’t able to look and chose anything, immediately upon walking in it’s the typical racial jokes that people try to break the ice with but it’s akward honestly. Being called “Bob Marley” with countless references to Jamaica and “being one with his people” by giving us a “deal” lol. I like to look at the products available, take my time, and not be hounded or bothered while making MY OWN decision instead of someone telling me what’s best for me. Definitely won’t be back but to each its own. LOVE YOU DC 🫶🏽

Convenient shop if you don't have any other option and are on vacation in George Town. The carts say "diamonds" but they are just regular back yard hot dog water quality carts. I tried to bring it to the owners attention he said he knew an didn't seem to care, i got some house pre rolls unfortunately also trash they will get the job done but not great if your a seasoned smoker wanting the gas this ain't it but if your just need to scratch an itch they got it lol

"nice try about" your selling a product that is labeled falsely an most people just wanna get Lifted and are uneducated on the matter so they trust you an you take advantage just cuz you buy the box on dhgate an have your friend fill them doesn't make it nation wide
