I’ve been to this Vitamin Shoppe location several times. But today I had a horrible experience and I will not go back. The card reader at one of the registers was down, and after attempting to use four different cards we asked the Cashier if it was possible the machine was down and if we could checkout using the other register? He insisted there was nothing wrong with the machine and that ‘there was nothing else he could do to help us.’ He was visibly annoyed that we asked to use the other register and even sighed before walking off to ask his coworker for help. His coworker also had an unpleasant attitude and neither one of them wanted to help us. He would not apply my $5 coupon because he ‘didn’t know if our card would work on that machine either.’ After successfully checking out on the second register we left the store very dissatisfied with our experience. We will not return to this location. The management needs to train their staff on customer service immediately.

The Vitamin Shoppe - Store: #515 is very organized and clean during my time of visit. Grant and Kathleen E. provided me with outstanding and excellent customer service. Grant and Kathleen E. were very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this store. Keep up the great work!!! A satisfied happy customer. 😊

The store is clean and neat but cashier which was a male was not so friendly, once I got to the counter he just says ‘ phone number’ I tell him my number and thats it no thank you no have a nice day, no offer to purchase a bag just walks off. No it was not busy, this happened today 6/23/2024 around 1pm. So other that it was ok

Always helpful service and assistance when I visit. Only place I get my vitamins and supplements in and around Crofton.
