TWO separate times i have shown up to the Yarbrough at 10am (the store says it opens at 10am) and both times i waited for 20 minutes and still locked, it wouldnt be an issue if the location just changed their hours if they dont want to open that early, but it is an issue when i take time out of my day because employees either dont respect your business or simply dont care, either way terrible experience

I’m only giving it two stars cus one of the employees is cool and it’s close to my house
But Hey ELIZABETH… if you have self esteem issues make sure you do something about it before accusing CUSTOMERS that you’re being called “large” the disrespect you had just shows me how messed up your mental health is and you shouldn’t be even be working for customer service field… check your health girl easy triggers like that means your glucose levels may be high
From a loyal customer to no longer a customer due to an individual who lacks customer service experience & controlling her own emotions in the work place

I always come to this location. There is always just one person which has never been an issue. Today When I walk in the store there was somebody already finishing transaction and somebody ahead of me. You can tell the girl new the dude cause she was talking about her personal life, which is great, I am sure she appreciated the customer service. Meanwhile I had to wait over 10 minutes just to eventually walk out. I needed to get one item. I was going to be there in and out. I had to walk out empty handed. Some tip for the future, if you have two customers and one you are familiar with, get the other one out of your way so you can chit chat for as long as you want :)
