Person who helped us with our transaction was cool. Midnight shift person checking ID's was rude and made an unnecessary comment about my partners skin tone from their ID. Think before you speak and check what you need to and move on.

Love this dispensary! I always feel like I'm hanging out with long time friends. Everyone is always so helpful and nice. The supervisor Tyler never lets me leave without making sure I get exactly what I came for. He knows so much about the different types so I've learned a lot about weed too. I will always choose this dispensary. Awesome job!

Absolutely love this place, but the consistent payment issues are enough for me to stop coming. Between the machines not working and certain banks having issues making payments it’s just not worth it anymore to keep on pulling out of the ATM to accommodate them for their servers issues. It’s not fair to constantly have to pay, I thinks it’s a $4-5 in ATM fees every time. Trust, it really adds up overtime. And it really stinks because it’s literally the ONLY place I’ve encountered these issues ever since Mary j went legal and they were figuring out how to tax it and all that.

This place clearly states that it is 24 hours but is never open when I get off of work. They put a sign up but never specifies why it’s closed which unprofessional and also deceiving. Please do better

When I go to Deep Roots, I go for Tyler. My guy has the best recommendations. Informative, knowledgeable and overall pleasant are words I’d use to describe the experience I have with him each visit. The facility has a great ambiance. The staff is just awesome to boot. This is THE place is to go for your dispensary needs!
