Bought 2 vapes from them and the first day one didn't work at all. And a few days later now the other has stopped working. Bad products and horrid customer service

Every time I go to vape city I’m greeted which feels nice. They have so many options to choose from from juice to disposables. This is my one of my favorite shops to go to even though it’s a bit of drive.

They have a good selection but when they run out rarely put it back in stock.

Expensive. Last time I was here,I believe the owner was there because he told the salesman what to charge. After checking out, I was told I had a 6 dollar coupon on my next visit. Cool. Last time, I got this peanut butter vape. It was really good but it had some defect where it died very quickly. I didn't blame them. It happens. But I wanted to get another. Oops, they're out of that, and nothing like it. Bummer. But hey, I got 6 bucks off and I'm here so I might as well use it. ***Bait and switch*** I'm told I get 5 bucks off of I buy 2. Giving me either 11 or 6 bucks off? Not even sure because the receipt. So how is it still 45 bucks for 2?? I get 2 at other places for LESS and this was WITH a coupon?? Sure they give you $11 ( or $16, whatever) but raise the price so it's actually more worth the discount. I don't like being tricked. I'll go somewhere else. ***owner replied. Claiming my numbers are inaccurate. Well yeah, it was 45 BEFORE the tip. Which I don't know why I'm even being asked to tip. I refuse to go anywhere that asks me for a tip for a service where giving or not giving a tip won't have any impact on the service. Or does it? Because if I got 16 dollars off, that means without the discount, it's over 60 bucks. For 2?? I assure you the other place I go to which is actually closer to my house, I'm not paying even 45 for 2 and they are just as good. Friendlier too.
