I can't tell you how pleased I am with these teas. I generally don't buy a lot of herbal teas because they actually don't have a lot of tea in them and I like to call them potpourri, these teas have quality ingredients and also have real tea in them. They are evenly balanced, and full of life. I started by trying the I am free, and now I purchase two to three packages of tea every few weeks. I am so grateful for Hi-Tech healing and their teas!
