We needed a couple cigar boxes for groomsmen gifts but they needed to be a specific size so we checked out a few cigar shops, nothing. When we got here they went out of their way to find us EXACTLY what we need!! I'm so so glad we happened upon this place! Thank you!!

Guy that works here is the nicest guy around. He's always so greeting when you arrive. Wish all smoke shops were like this one.

I never write reviews but I just moved to the Lowell area and this is my new place for all my tobacco and water pipe needs. The prices and selection here are great for such a convenient spot. The thing that made it for me was the owner, though. These are genuinely good people who aren't focused on just trying to make a buck. I had an issue with one of the pieces I got there and the owner exchanged it with no questions. I will recommend this shop to anyone who needs a good smoke shop. 10/10
