Christi the store manager was working on Saturday, February 3, 2024 at 5:30pm. I called to inquire about an item. She said it was “so busy” and continued to be disrespectful and then hung up on me. She did not let me get a word in. I came into the store and the store was dead. There was not one person in here. I said seriously you could not help me. She did not even apologize or use management skills to descalate the situation. I took a picture of her name tag to report her to her district manager because apparently she is the manager. She took a picture of me! Police were called by me. She should be fired. Christi is her name and she is is not mentally stable.

Best Vitamin Shoppe in the area. Knowledgeable staff who will take time to help with any questions on product. Great selection of supplements and everything in between.
