On April 12, 2024 between 11:35 am to 11:40am today, I just visited this place and I was met with a rude senior citizen, who’s an employee there.I believe he was from produce or Deli as I was about to make a drink purchase, when he sneaked up behind me and yelled by my ear to asked,”What do you need?!” He acting like he was a security guard and was extremely rude and unprofessional! I just wanted to know what types of fruits and vegetables they sold there. I will not be doing business with these uptight racist individuals.

This review is looooooong overdue but necessary. I've been a patron for years, even longer than most of their employees. The staff, unfortunately, needs significant improvement in customer service—often falling short. However, I want to acknowledge Amber and Rob for consistently delivering exceptional service—always helpful, polite, and providing excellent assistance!!! During a recent return today, the store manager Todd (who’s been there for a hot minute!) remarked, “You must have the worst luck. You’re returning things all the time.” Not only is this untrue, rude and unprofessional- but what kind of employee (& yet store manager on top of it??!!) makes comments like this?? NO ONE who should be working in the public with people. That’s for sure!!! Without the gift cards from family/friends, I might hesitate to shop here due to the subpar customer service. Considering other alternatives would be a worthwhile option. FYI: Here are some BETTER nearby health/grocery stores: - The Farmington Farmers Market - Fresh Thyme in Farmington - Heartland Marketplace in Farmington - Johnny Pomodoro's Fresh Market Even Aldi has better prices & customer service than this place! These are just a few to get you started. Trust me- you’ll thank me later!

I love that a local store is selling organic products, and I am used to paying higher prices for that, but this store seems to sell them at a premium compared to other markets in the area. I also was disappointed to see they don't sell some of the things I buy regularly; one example is arugula as they sell mizuna instead. The romaine was old and turning brown. The customer service at the register was subpar as well, not to mention that the register charged me an extra dollar for a product that was clearly marked. The cashier did adjust the price after I pointed it out, however. There's really no need for me to give them another chance with so many great markets in the area.

I happened upon this store by accident. Curiosity got the best of me, so I checked it out. I found the staff to to be extremely helpful, and they answered all my questions without making me feel stupid. At their recommendations, I purchased some supplements and found out they produced the desired results. Thank you! One more note: The young man who was the front of the house manager was actively engaging his staff and encouraging their performance. He was a breath of fresh air. Keep up the good work.

Love this location. This one has plenty of options. I'd give a 5, but I think better health could do better with their pricing.
