A few hours ago I Bought two disposable vapes, one for $23 and one off of the “sale rack” for $2. It was banana smoothie, come to find out the Bottom rubber cup is filled with liquid and it of course it doesn’t work. Go back in shortly after and tell him the issue, I was told sorry you left the store, then told me I should’ve tested it. They’re purposely selling broken vapes knowing that when someone walks out they got them. Probably should give people a heads up to check it knowing there is issues with them. But hey that would be good business practice. So you’ve lost any future business from me over $2? Good luck staying afloat when that’s how you conduct business. Not to mention it’s small,dark, dingy and dust covered inside. ✌🏼

Absolutely love this vape shop! Out of the tons and tons of vape shops I've gone to in the past Star Vape & Glass greatly surpasses all of them! They carry tons of great products, the staff is ALWAYS friendly, and they're knowledgeable about what they're selling. After discovering this place I will NOT go to any other vape shop. The best part about this local independent shop is the customer service you receive! You're always going to be greeted when you walk in, and after only one or two visits Gavin remembered me and knew exactly what I was there to get. Also, if there is something specific you're looking for or trying to get they will do their best to get it in stock for you....whereas most vape shops I've been to will just say "sorry, we don't carry that here". Point is, I love this place and their staff has won me over! They've definitely gained another happy, loyal customer!
