I’ve been really pleased in the past with this store but just stopped in to get vitamins. I was there for 5 minutes, the woman who’s the vitamin consultant (older long gray ponytail) was incredibly rude. She kept trying to push heavy large vitamins for kids. I told her I didn’t want anything that would make my kids nauseas. She said “well you’re just talking out loud and not listening to me.” I will never go back again.

just like other reviews, the customer service at this location is horrendous. if you like going back to the 1900s before EPA + FCC existed, this is the place to be. privacy invading tree murderers.
like the other reviews, the long grey curly hair lady is queen biyatch.

I love this store. Vitamin prices are right. I do like the workers there. Idk why some people say they had problems at the store. Then again, it’s Bloomfield, home of the entitled, quick to criticize.
My only request is to be more mindful of products that have the P65 Warning Label on them. People deserve quality products and sometimes miss the warning label on these supplements. I think that the store should remove these products if they really have a desire to prove their mission.

I appreciate the variety of healthy foods; however, the employees at this store go above and beyond to make customers feel unwelcome. The customer service fails to compliment the products on the shelves. I will never shop at Better Health Market again.

This is the only better health I’ve been to where every time I come in it’s as if I am bothering the staff by being there. The selection is very small and they don’t have nearly as much as other stores. This is the closest one to me but I always drive out of my way to go to another location. Whoever is running this place, please train your staff in customer service because it’s always different people acting the same way.
