My first time in the store and definitely would have appreciated being told about your loyalty program and how to sign up. It builds customer traffic for a business but not if I'm not educated about this. I don't know if my $60 first grooming would apply. My groomer did.an excellent job and was very personable, but my dog's hair was cut way too short despite giving instructions. I was too stunned to say anything.

I like this store and visit often. I would have given it a 5 star but a young lady in the store completely disrespected me today by acting busy when I walked up to pay for my items and then when a new person came up to pay she stopped what she was doing and asked it they wanted her to ring them up. It was really odd because it was obvious that I was the next person in line but she did not care.

Hey Pet Supplies Plus everyone is not made to be in customer service as a cashier. All I have to say is bad baby!
