I bought two ooze pens in April 2020 and recently one pen stopped working and both chargers messed up, one broke entirely and the other just won’t charge. I contacted ooze customer support via email and they diagnosed the situation respectfully and professionally. They aided me in the process of registering and filing a warranty claim for the pen and sent two new chargers in the mail. Ooze customer service is amazing and they took great care of me. Thanks Ooze!

If you order online products and have issues with items they sell, they will have poor customer service. I sent in a scale for warrant work, and never got it back. They are quick to respond when they are receiving things, but once they get it back, they will stop responding. Definitely poor customer service. Ooze/truweigh is a joke.
