When they opened up they were very efficient and knowledgeable with the type of cannabis they had but lately when my son-in-law goes in there to purchase cannabis it's been very smelly like almost cat urine and the bottom half of the stems are presenting mold and when my son-in-law has told them about this they have told him to leave the store and they give him a big attitude and tell him that he is wrong first of all he is the customer and they should address the issue and correct it instead of acting like he is not speaking the truth my my other friends who and cultivate cannabis for other Farms have actually looked at it and said that this was not quality and that it can make someone very sick if they smoke it fix the issue because you guys charge a lot for your flower so the customer expects quality I don't go into fresh anymore because I personally have issues with the budtenders there they are very rude and are not helpful and act like you are wasting their time sorry for the bad review but maybe you'll read it and fix it

So disappointed, I really liked this place. I purchased two cartridges yesterday, both were defective - same brand. I went in today, the very next day after purchasing to exchange them for working ones. I was refused an exchange as they said the receipt they gave me wasn't a valid sales receipt. However, I specifically asked for a receipt when I purchased them and this is the only receipt I was given. The bud tenders were extremely rude to me and told me I had to leave the premises when I said this is ridiculous, specifically the woman who seemed to be the lead supervisor, who told me she recognized me and that she was the one that sold me the cartridges the night before. She kept saying she had to check the cameras to verify it was me from the night before. Which they they obviously knew it was as I had my receipt. Anyways they did check their cameras which I was fine with and they still did nothing. What happened to decent people running a decent business. You know you sold me a defective product and I went back with your required 72 hr return period and you still refused to offer me an exchange.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Rude employees. Their “top shelf” flower has mold on it. I didn’t even smoke what I purchased after realizing it was moldy. When I brought it back in, they refused to even discuss it with me. Horrible customer service, horrible products, zero product knowledge - why is this place even open for business? Go literally anywhere else….

Bought some lousy dry flower. The manager recommended it. Think he was trying to clear the shelf. Also got some moldy funky smelling flower. Tossed it, not worth smoking trash. Avoid this place their bud tenders on staff don't know the product or test results in front of them. Won't be back.

My first and last time here. Rip off I normally go to nectar up the street but decided to try them out and see how this place is. Everyone seemed nice and the place looked amazing. I was excited to try my new cartridge (NW kind golden pineapple). Came home opened the package and then it was relaxation time. My wife looked at the package and seen something with the price on the box. They have put black marker over the original price. Original price was $18.00 and they charged double ($36) for the product. This isn’t right at all.
