Needed supplements before hitting the gym. Pulled up at 4:30pm on a Wednesday(11/9/22); locked up and no lights on. I suppose 9:00 comes early for some locations. Waste of gas and daylight. Will definitely exclude this location from any future purchases.

Yes I would recommend this location to anyone. I would definitely choose this GNC to people who are maybe not well versed in physical fitness and health issues. The representative that day we (my boyfriend and I) dealt with was Jeff he was knowledgeable about his products more than I've ever seen in a health store before. He was also extremely careful to explain that any and all things should ALWAYS be run through your Physicians Office. He answered all our questions with well thought out, easy to understand suggestions and ideas formatted to each of our separate questions, concerns, and out dated facts. He could have sold us ocean front property in Arizona in the hour he spent with us, but he gave us the information we needed in a clear and down to earth way and although he knew we were hanging on every word he still advised us to visit our doc's, write everything down and he would help us get started. We are in our 50's and not knowledgeable in this area, so it was extremely refreshing to meet a salesman almost definitely working on commissions advise us to do things the safest way for us and not in a way to put money into his pocket without any regard to the consequences. GNC needs about 100 more like Jeff. I also want to mention the young man who was working with Jeff he was polite and took care of a constantly ringing phone, stocking, and other duties so Jeff could give us his full attention. It was refreshing to have such a pleasant customer service experience at this store. It is few and far between you deal with high caliber people like we did. I hope the GNC Co. recognizes what an asset these 2 young men are to their brand. Bravo!!! We are going back on January 2nd for a plan and the products we need to be our best. Will update after our visit. Wish us luck!

Have tried to come 4 separate times during business hours. Store is either not open or a sign is on the door saying be back in 5 min (waited for 15 min) Store still closed.

LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT QUAN!!! Quan from the Taylorsville store was filling in for someone today at the Dixie store he was very polite and very knowledgeable about the direction I wanted to go in with my health. He took the time to walk me thru fat burners and energy boosters etc to make sure that I understood what I was getting out of each product. I truly appreciate him and I want to say THANK YOU

Drove 45 minutes out of my way to return an online purchase here. They wouldn’t take the return even though it says that I can return it in store. They said the item had already been returned, which made no sense since no refund was ever given and I still had the item and it had only been 2 weeks. They were COMPLETELY unhelpful and unapologetic even though it was clearly their systems fault. Never buying from GNC ever again.
