Your shoulders will drop off any burdens and distractions outside the space. This space is a place of healing not only because of the organic herbs, teas or pure essential oils but simply by the healing resonance you’ll feel from the kind words, thoughtful gestures and genuine offerings of the owner Maria. Without a doubt you can tell heart and soul have been and are always poured into the space. It feels like home and by the end of the experience you’ll feel at home. Excellent experience stopping in here for the first time. Well organized and comfortable environment. The staff was welcoming and helpful answering my questions. Picked up some well needed specialty teas and herbs.

Excellent customer service, staff was truly kind and welcoming. Had zero issues. I got a PALO SANTO ROSE incense. I believe it's a premium one from the brand (HEM). From my first, second, & third experience, I thought this would be my go to place. I lost Opalite stone out of my ring. I noticed it was on the floor at the time I was in the facility, but it didn’t dawn on me until I got home & notice that it was the stone out of my ring. I saw three people behind the counter, looking at the Opalite stone, I guess because they don’t sell those stones and knowingly that it didn’t belong to them. I called the next day to report that I had lost it and that I saw them looking at it behind the register & making them aware of me noticing it on the floor. Having no idea that the stone came out of my ring that I was wearing. I am so disappointed in them and I have spent so much money with this company! Not mad just so disappointed that they would go to that extent for something as simple as a small Oplite stone from a piece of jewelry. . They kept putting me on hold after each one would come to the phone 😔when she finally got her lie together & came back to the phone she stating that I was welcome to come and look for it, but they didn’t find it which I knew was a flat out lie because I saw them behind the cash register looking at it. It didn’t cost that much so if anybody wanted to have a great experience, please go to the BROOM Downtown because that’s where I purchased it. I will go back and get another one. It really wasn’t expensive. 🤷🏽‍♀️What is it to Profit the whole world and lose your soul!!! 🙈 P.S I think the lady with the color hair is the same lady that makes Jewelry for the Broom😳 I kno she didn’t hv her hand 🖐️ in this trickery! 🫨Her vibes are too genuine 🤔
