Amazing store. However they have become extremely overpriced. This was our favorite shop for a long time. Especially being open til 2am. The staff however is quick to neglect any issues that occur and are demeaning. My fiance and I spent 200 dollars on mods, dozens upon of disposables (which are way overpriced). 100 dollars for 5 dollars off is ludicrous as well for a “ reward”. We had a burnt one and they said it was our fault out of the box. Find another place to buy your products. This was a phenomenal store not long ago and I used to recommend it to everyone. After the poor customer service and terrible rewards program. It would take a lot for us to consider going back. Hope this review helps and just be smart about your purchases there. Their staff is not educated on any of the products ether. Many times I feel I’m googling to educate them on their products. Only one person in the store that rarely works is really educated on things. Even so, he shares minimal info and provides zero guidance to assist you with making a right fit for your purchase. Oh yes, the other peanut gallery just sit 4 at a time behind the counter and have social hour on their phones smoking their disposables and talking smack. Don’t worry, you can help when you have to fetch them. I hope this place pulls it together or I’m not sure what the future will hold. I hate writing these and this is my second review ever. I reached out to management and received no response. Really a bummer for such a great shop. If their management team reads this. Please feel free to reach out and I’ll shed more light on everything. Asked for mixed berry. While he went to grab it was talking to another employee trusting he would get mixed berry. Ended up with a gross raspberry mint didn’t realize until I got home, unsure how you get that confused, won’t be back. You are better off going to Sphynx on 76th.

Wide variety of vape juice and prices on juice are great. However the prices for their coils are much higher than any other vape shop I've purchased from in the past & present. A 5 pack of coils is $20 at every other vape shop I frequent and there charging $25.. Needless to say I buy my coils elsewhere now, $5 bucks is $5 bucks guys cone on now and lower your prices on a 5 pack !! Also they sell Synthetic Nicotine vape juice which I've "accidentally" purchased because I didn't notice it printed on the box. Please separate all your Synthetic vape juice and put it in a separate display case with a sign that says SYNTHETIC so people who are not intending on buying synthetic nicotine don't. I don't know about anybody else but synthetic nicotine gives me headaches and stomach aches and I don't want to accidentally purchase it again.
