This place is legit af. Honestly great employees everyone’s nice. Tons of disposables and wraps and everything you need generally from a smoke/ vape shop. Price is on point (it’s small retail so figure they’re maybe $1s more than your favorite Walmart chain vibe) but it’s worth it. The dudes rock

My first time here and i was extremely uncomfortable. Very poor customer service. They made me feel like I was interrupting a nap. It was my first time in the shop, so i wasn't completely sure what was sold there besides pipes or bongs. They didn't have nicotine vape juice, so I bought a disposable vape. The lady helping me was... not helpful, so I just pointed to something and left. She was extremely annoyed by me not knowing exactly what I wanted. (I just wanted vape juice, but she said they don't sell that, so I had to loom around to see what I did want.) I will not be returning.

1st time I went tall obese cashier was very aggressive and almost seemed like he wanted to fight n was not helpful 2nd time a female who must think she is a super model was talking on the phone the whole time I was trying to get my items making me repeat myself several times before she rang me up I literally felt like I was in a hostile environment when I went there vibe is not good would not recomend to my worst enemy

By far my favorite smile shop in Tucson. Although we miss Rob working there tremendously!!! He was awesome when it came to customer service and made you feel like the most important customer even if you were just buying a lighter LOL! I always leave here feeling like I got a great deal.

I love this smoke shop. The employees are always so kind and nice and make me feel very welcomed every time I go. The young girl with glasses that mainly works in the mornings is always in such a happy and positive mood I usually come back in the mornings specifically so I can deal with her when making purchases there. The man that usually works the graveyard shifts is always very kind as well. I have not had one single bad experience going there and I live right behind the building so I go there very often. I highly recommend the smoke shop to anyone that needs to visit one
