I wish to thank a young gentleman named Roger for his attentiveness and kindness at our recent visit. My Mother who is 88 yrs young needed assistance finding a cart. There was none to be found. Roger went out of his way and found one outside in the parking lot and brought it to her. This CVS is fortunate to have a respectful and considerate young man as Roger to represent this store. I don’t know if it’s just me but this pharmacy is the worst I get a text my meds are ready for pick up. I get there, stand in line forever to find out they need a refill. Didn’t they know that before they text me. And to make matters worse, I had surgery. The hospital called in my pain meds on Wednesday, I felt like I didn’t need them on Wed. So my sister waited till Thursday mornin to get them for me. They told her they were out of them and didn’t know when they’ll get them in. Didn’t they know that on Wed so my doctor could go to plan B. I’m in pain here. Waited all day for them to fill the new prescription. Oh and the closing for almost 2 hours for lunch. Some people go on their lunch break. Ok my rant is over for now, but think I’ll find a new drug store.
