First time here and it was such a lovely experience!
Dymond and Lloyd were so experienced and friendly! Best customer service I’ve experienced in Atlanta! Come see them for all your needs!

I searched Google for a cannabis dispensary and came across Apotheca. I stopped in during the evening after landing and had a mixed experience.

On the positive side, the customer service was welcoming. I was greeted promptly upon entering and felt acknowledged by both associates. Lloyd was friendly and professional, which helped set a positive tone.

However, my overall shopping experience was impacted by a few issues. One associate, I believe his name was Maliki, he was extremely talkative, which made it difficult for me to communicate my needs clearly. Additionally, there was a noticeable body odor that was extremely distracting and made me uncomfortable, which affected my willingness to spend time browsing and engaging in conversation.

While I appreciate the friendly environment, attention to personal grooming and creating a comfortable shopping atmosphere would greatly improve the overall experience.
