Terrible customer service from the new staff. Bought a dab pen and it broke within 2 weeks store refuses anything aside from selling me a new one. Inconsistent "return policy" between locations in town. As a long-term customer I'm absolutely appalled! Will not be returning. Products are of poor build quality and at great markup.
