He’s incredibly knowledgeable about the products, super patient with questions, and genuinely cares about helping you find the right setup or juice. Whether you're new to vaping or a seasoned pro, John makes the experience easy and enjoyable. You can tell he takes pride in his work and really values his customers. Definitely a huge asset to the shop — I’ll be coming back because of him!

What amazing service this is actually the best service I’ve ever gotten out of vape shop. I asked for a vape and he killed it if you run into him, everyone tip him $20. Jon is the most helpful vape store employee I’ve ever met in my life.
