Smoke shop with great customer service in Florida is so unheard of, but from the moment you walk in, it’s very welcoming! At first I met Andy, their old cashier who was super kind with me and offered me some free promo/sample which he honestly stated his boss had approved. Roll out the red carpet, After coming back, I met the lovely owner Michelle! Super warm and funny, she and I chit chatted for some time. I realized I had forgotten to purchase a bowl and of course I quickly look over to those novelty hand made pieces- wouldn’t you know one was actually very affordable! He’s beautiful, Michelle and I named him Hank and we love him. 😂

I’ve lived in the area of Surfside for 10 years now and this is definitely what was missing (and the dominos placed next door 😂) this sweet single mom is running this shop SHE IS NOT PART OF A CHAIN so if you want to support a local business this is the place to go! Great prices and great vibes!

This place is simply the best! I practically go there everyday! To the excellent customer service i get from Evan who always has something new to recomend! And hes ontop of the rewards points system! And what about Alexandra who with her charm and spunkiness convinces me all the time to get exaclty whats good! Maria and Melissa are also sweethearts! When you want to try something awesome! Come to this place! They are 100% keepers not to mention the Prices!! Very affordable!💖
